I'm also following the eating plan along with the workouts. The food is really good, 5 meals a day of around 300 calories each and lots of protein! I'm going to share with you some pictures I have from the meals I've eaten so far.

Wow all that food looks super yummy and very healthy too, I actually have a gym memebership but domt like going :( my hunny forces me lol. Id rather do outdoor stuff like hiking or jogging, I want to try this though now that you have brought it up, ley me know how it works out for you.
