INSANITY workout

I really wanted to share with you guys the workout that I've been doing for the past 2 weeks. It's by BeachBody and its called INSANITY. The name really does say it all so I would only recommend it to those of you who have somewhat been working out. This is kind of similar to the P90x workout which I've already done before.
*The videos are about 40-30 minutes long and you really get that sweat out in just the warm up.
*Only 60 days long.
*Covers all parts of the body without using weights.

I'm also following the eating plan along with the workouts. The food is really good, 5 meals a day of around 300 calories each and lots of protein! I'm going to share with you some pictures I have from the meals I've eaten so far.

Whole Wheat Pasta with Veggies and Feta Cheese
Seafood Pasta
Pizza on Pita Bread
Grilled Salmon, WW Pasta, Tomatoes
Greens with Potato, Salmon and Lemon Juice
Veggie Omelet with Toast
Chicken Stir Fry

*Do you enjoy doing the "video" type of workouts better than just going to the gym?

  1. Wow all that food looks super yummy and very healthy too, I actually have a gym memebership but domt like going :( my hunny forces me lol. Id rather do outdoor stuff like hiking or jogging, I want to try this though now that you have brought it up, ley me know how it works out for you.
